Shipping & Returns
All orders are sent standard Royal Mail service. For an extra fee we can send Tracked via Royal Mail.
International orders are sent also via Royal Mail, but fees do apply. International orders may be sent using Standard International Shipping, however as is the case for UK Shipping, we cannot take responsibility for your parcel once it leaves our care. We recommend choosing Tracked International Shipping so that we can follow your parcel and ensure that it reaches you safely. This incurs an additional cost.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items.
For all other items, such as 'ready to ship' and 'collection' pieces, to return or exchange please contact us.
Refunds and exchanges are free within the UK. Items must be returned new, unworn and unwashed. We do not accept refunds and exchanges on custom orders. Returns and exchanges must be made within 28 days of the date you received your order.
International returns may incur some fees.
